The Proteios FTP Server start script `start_proteios_ftp_server.sh` is created from template file `start_proteios_ftp_server.sh.in`, by copying in the name of the Tomcat installation directory. The `start_proteios_ftp_server.sh` file is created in the directory the installation is run from.     133134 1. Proteios is deployed into the Tomcat installation `webapps` directory by creating a symbolic link named `proteios` pointing to the `www` directory of the Proteios package.
