Retrieve pI and Mw

Description

Entries in the hits table currently only get pI and Mw info if it was delivered by the search engine. Preferably all peptides should get the theoretical pI calculated from the sequence, and all protein entries in the protein assembly should get the Mw and pI calculated from downloaded sequence.

(In [3492]) Fixes #631. Added utility class for calculation of Mw and pI (from Proteios 1).

Updated search results importer to calculate pI for peptides.

Updated Protein assembly to retreive sequences from SRS for IPI proteins. Then pI and Mw are calculated.
