Annotationtype administration interface

A common interface for administrating annotation types would be useful. It should allow for creation of annotation types for different item classes, and sharing of these. Presumaby the first step should be selection of item class, and then in the sacond step the available annotation types should be listed. Then it should be possible to add, delete and rename existing annotation types. A good feature would be to merge two annotation types to one, and then all existing annotations should be updated accordingly.
