Description

Closed projects could be filtered out, moved to other locations or even later on deleted. This ticket should enable users to close projects thus removing them from the default listing, both in the menu and the Home view. Leave closed projects visible in My Projects.

(In [3328]) Refs #587. Making query a bit more robust in case database column 'closed' contains null, even if it isn't supposed to do!
