(In [2350]) Refs #219. Refs #1. Sun Java Streaming XML Parser library file sjsxp.jar in api/external/ was corrupt, and has therefore been replaced by a new copy obtained from web site http://www.java2s.com/Code/Jar/wsit/Downloadsjsxpjar.htm.
- Library file api/external/sjsxp.jar for Sun Java Streaming XML
Parser has been replaced by a new copy obtained from web site http://www.java2s.com/Code/Jar/wsit/Downloadsjsxpjar.htm, as the original jar file was corrupt.
- Added license for sjsxp.jar library.

(In [2353]) Refs #1. Added license for jsr173_1.0_ri.jar library. The added license was obtained in the following way:
- Library file jsr173.jar for the reference implementation of the
StAX API was downloaded from link http://ftpna2.bea.com/pub/downloads/jsr173.jar found on web page http://dev2dev.bea.com/xml/stax.html.
- File jsr173.jar contains file jsr173_1.0_ri.jar, identical to
api/external/jsr173_1.0_ri.jar. The license for jsr173_1.0_ri.jar is also contained in file jsr173.jar, in file (note that the directory referenced corresponds to the expanded jsr173.jar file) docs/license/BEA.RI.LIC.FINAL.doc (Microsoft Word format).
- Microsoft Word format license file BEA.RI.LIC.FINAL.doc was
converted to text format and added to Proteios as doc/license/jsr173_1.0_ri.license.txt.

Severity set after closing of ticket; if set when the ticket was created, the severity would probably have been set to 1, as the task is straightforward, even though in some cases a little "detective work" was needed.
